About Me
For over 15 years, I have enjoyed a career in coaching and talent management with leaders and managers across various business sectors in the UK and more recently in the Middle East. I am a qualified coach and my learning includes:
- Business Studies (hons) degree
- Certificate in Coaching accredited by Middlesex University
- Advanced Certificate in Psychological Coaching recognised by the Association of Coaching (UK)
During my nine years working at Right Management UK, a career and talent management consultancy, I completed an intense Consultant Development Programme which included theoretical and practical learning. I then went on to manage large scale talent assessment projects, coach numerous executives and facilitate many change management workshops for employees in transitional phases of their careers.
Prior to my consulting career, I enjoyed various roles at London Business School where I provided professional career development support for the alumni community. Working with professionals often challenged by their motivational goals inspired me to join the consulting and coaching field.
I am immensely grateful for my rich learning and varied experience which exposed me to a diverse network that has empowered me with sound business knowledge.
